Our Work

Core Principles

  • “We can only give away to others what we have inside ourselves” – Wayne Dyre
  • Our emotional self, ability to relate to others, motivation, self-belief etc. are all crucial aspects of our growth and wellbeing. Conscious efforts are required to develop these facets.
  • Attitudes and emotions are an integral part of cognitive development and are linked to the development of language, mental representation, concepts and reasoning.
  • What technology is doing to us is as important as what we can do through technology.
  • Lived realities of individuals are central to understanding their conditions.
  • Conceptual development is a continuous process of deepening and enriching connections and acquiring new layers of meaning.
  • It is as important to work on mindsets as it is to work on thinking skills.
  • Different subject areas lend themselves to different kinds of thinking skills to be nurtured.

Description of Offerings

Space of intervention becomes a very key facet for our offerings as we try to design our offerings basis the affordances that are available. For instance, a space at a community setting is beyond the bounds of the school structure of ‘time table’ and ‘completion of syllabus’. Hence, it can lend itself to a different kind of usage for the same ends.

Likewise, school spaces are where children spend a higher degree of time and get to interface with multiple teachers and students. Thus, the cultural immersion here is more expansive as against a community level space. The opportunities for both socio emotional wellbeing and cognitive growth are greater in number in school settings.
